1. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Shipping Fees

  • No shipping fees apply to digital products


2. Print-on-Demand Products (Made to Order)

Some of our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party partners such as Printify.

Processing Time

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days

  • Each item is created specifically for your order

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier

Important Notes

  • Print-on-demand items may ship separately from other products

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays


3. Physical Products Shipped by Us

For physical items stocked and shipped directly by Modern Tiny Tribe:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Time

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout

  • Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout when available


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order weight

    • Destination

    • Shipping method selected

  • Digital products do not incur shipping charges

Modern Tiny Tribe is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier, but we are happy to help if issues arise.


8. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible
