Thank you for shopping with Modern Tiny Tribe. Because we offer a mix of digital products, print-on-demand items, and physical goods, our return and refund policies vary by product type. Please review the sections below carefully.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Apps)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

No refunds or returns on digital products

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed (including downloads, templates, or software-based tools), we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Digital downloads

  • PDFs or printable materials

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and

  • We are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting

2. Print-on-Demand Products (Made to Order via Printify)

Many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand. Because these items are created specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Eligible refunds or replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

How to request a replacement

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Physical Products Shipped by Us

For physical products that are stocked and shipped directly by Modern Tiny Tribe:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.
